Annual Youth Service Award

 The Annual Youth Service Award is presented each year by the Arlington Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors to honor a young volunteer who generously gives their time to better the lives of others. The application may be filled out online using the Google Docs Form or completed using the PDF application. Deadline for submission is March 31, 2025.

Criteria for Nomination:

• The recipient must be under 21 years of age
• This individual should give generously of their time and energy volunteering in the community
• Is a positive role model who provides guidance and support while encouraging others to do the same
• Instills good morals and promotes good citizenship through their volunteer work

The George P. Faulkner Annual Citizens Award for Outstanding Service To Youth is presented each year by the Arlington Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors to recognize an individual or organization whose dedication, vision and service to children and youth have made a difference in the lives of others. This award is named for the former Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club (1954-1990) who had a long and distinguished career working with youth in Arlington. The George P. Faulkner Annual Citizens Award for Outstanding Service to Youth will be presented at our Annual Celebration this spring.
